SPONSOR: The Flat Branch Mortgage Payment Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Flat Branch Mortgage, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 3400 Buttonwood Drive, Suite A, Columbia, MO 65201.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") and ends 11:59 PM CT on June 26, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the United States who, at the time of entry (i) are 18 years of age or older; (ii) maintain an active, non‑delinquent residential mortgage loan with any lender; (iii) reside in a state where Sponsor is licensed to originate residential mortgage loans; and (iv) are not employees, officers, or directors of Sponsor or their immediate household members.

TO ENTER: Eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the official online entry form during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase, payment, or mortgage application is required to enter or win. If you are unable to participate online, you may enter by mail by hand printing your full name, complete address, telephone number, email address and date of birth on a plain 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Flat Branch Mortgage Payment Sweepstakes, 101 South 5th Street, Suite 200, Columbia, MO 65201. Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, misdirected or postage due entries. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2026 and received by July 5, 2026. Each entry must be mailed separately. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and the decision of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

PRIZES: A total of 10 prizes will be offered in the Sweepstakes. Each winner will receive a cash prize equal to the lesser of $2,500 (two thousand five hundred dollars), or the winner's current monthly mortgage payment (including principal, interest, taxes, and insurance, as applicable). No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes permitted. Prizes will be paid directly to the winner, not to any mortgage servicer or lender. Winners may be required to provide reasonable documentation verifying mortgage payment amount and non‑delinquent status. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 if required.

RANDOM DRAWING. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur on June 30, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided within 5 days of the drawing. Failure to respond or verify eligibility may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

PUBLICITY. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness, and to photograph, videotape, and otherwise record the prize fulfillment for advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes as designated by the Sponsor in perpetuity without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval, as permitted by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that appears fraudulent or abusive. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
