Rate Rewind is Flat Branch's newest program to help you get into your dream home now, without making you commit to a rate long-term. With this incentive, if you close on a home loan with Flat Branch between October 1, 2022 - March 31, 2023 then you're eligible for a lender fee-free refinance . You must close on your refinance on/before December 31, 2025.
