Waived Fees

Community Champions
Our support doesn’t stop when November is over, though. We recently added active-duty military personnel to our exclusive Community Champions program. This provides a credit that waives processing and appraisal fees up to $900 for those who work to make our community a better place.
VA Loans

- Added Service
- VA loans do not have penalties for paying off balances early, and the VA offers counseling and assistance in the event of financial difficulties.
- These benefits may also be applied to multiple VA loans at the same time, with eligibility.
