Columbia, Mo. (July 7, 2025) - In June, Flat Branch Home Loans pledged to donate $76,550 in celebration of National Homeownership Month, furthering its mission to strengthen communities and make homeownership more accessible. The funds raised will benefit housing-related nonprofit organizations chosen by Flat Branch employees across the company’s six regions.
For every closing completed in June, the borrower had the option of choosing a mission to support with the donation made by Flat Branch. These missions included: building houses, educating first time homebuyers on homeownership, and supporting our Veterans on their journey to homeownership.
Driven by a partnership with The Giving Branch—the company’s employee-funded nonprofit—The donation campaign was part of Flat Branch’s National Homeownership Month initiative to celebrate the company’s role in helping families achieve the dream of homeownership.
Flat Branch Home Loans’ culture of giving continues to be a cornerstone of its identity. The company has a long-standing commitment to supporting not just borrowers, but also the communities it serves.
National Homeownership Month is recognized each June to celebrate the value of owning a home and to highlight efforts that make housing more attainable. Flat Branch’s contribution reflects both its passion for the mortgage industry and its belief that everyone deserves a place to call home.
