Kreutziger currently serves as the Chair of the National Independent Mortgage Bankers (IMB) Executive Council. Halfway into her two-year term, she remains steadfast in her mission to represent and support independent mortgage bankers across the country. Her involvement in this influential group underscores her commitment to shaping the future of residential mortgage lending.
“To ensure affordable homeownership is a reality and be able to provide the best possible loan products and service to home borrowers, we must advocate at the government level. I’m honored to be a part of organizations that are pushing for changes to benefit affordable housing and ensure it’s sustainable for home buyers in our communities, the Midwest and Nationwide,” Kreutziger shared.
Recently, Kreutziger engaged with the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) to champion the interests of the industry. Her proactive involvement in these critical discussions reflects her dedication to ensuring affordable home ownership can be a reality in our communities while also advocating for the benefit of homeowners and the broader economy.
Last week, Kreutziger also met with Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer, a key member of the House Financial Services Committee, to discuss the implications of proposed policies affecting the real estate financial sector. She actively advocated for the mortgage industry, highlighting its importance in the broader economic landscape.
“We (Flat Branch) recognize the significance of increasing access to mortgage credit for affordable homeownership across the nation to enhance lives, foster community development, and contributing to the overall economy. It’s important we actively impact change to make this a reality.”
