With nearly two decades in mortgage lending and sales leadership, Taylor Nedrow has built his career around two things: people and performance. As Vice President of Sales at Flat Branch Home Loans, he supports 200+ loan officers across multiple markets, working to strengthen retention, solve friction points, and lead key initiatives in product, technology, and growth. Previously, Taylor led high-producing teams across Kansas City and Arkansas, driving over $550M in annual volume, while maintaining a hands-on, people-first leadership style. He's been honored with Flat Branch's President's Award and served as President of the Kansas City Mortgage Bankers Association and Chairman of the Missouri MBA.
