Karen Kreutziger Powell is the Chief Executive Officer of Flat Branch Home Loans and President of the Flat Branch Mortgage Board of Directors. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including 13 years at Flat Branch, she has become a respected leader, dedicated to empowering families to achieve homeownership nationwide. She serves on the National IMB Executive Council, the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Board of Directors, and the Residential/Single Family Board of Governors (RESBOG). A passionate advocate for community impact, she is proud to have helped launch The Giving Branch, an employee-funded nonprofit supporting local communities. Through compassion and leadership, she strives to make a meaningful difference for employees, clients, and communities alike.
