Elena serves as Vice President of Marketing at Flat Branch Home Loans, where she leads strategic brand development and sales initiatives for the #1 Mortgage Lender in Missouri and the #5 USDA Lender nationwide. With over a decade of experience in marketing, including seven years in the mortgage industry, Elena has built and led high-performing teams across some of the Midwest's most recognized brands. Named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Missouri in both 2023 and 2024 by Women We Admire, Elena is known for her ability to blend data-driven strategy with creative storytelling. At Flat Branch, she oversees marketing efforts that support more than 700 employees, driving growth at both the corporate and individual levels.
