Qualifications
- Earn less than the USDA income limit (see chart below)
- Occupy the house
- Demonstrate an ability and willingness to make the monthly payments
- Purchase a home that is in the USDA coverage area

Note: You are allowed to deduct daycare expenses and other non-reimbursed work expenses as well.
